Personal data treatment
INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 – 14 OF THE 2016/679 EU REGULATION
(GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION – GDPR)
According to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
ED MATIC SRL, with registered office in Via Torretta 4 – 20020 ARESE (MI) as Data Controller, informs pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR 2016/679, that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:
• Object of the treatment
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (in particular, name, surname, e-mail, telephone-mobile number – hereinafter, “personal data” or even “data”) communicated to him.
• Purpose of the processing
The processing of your data has your consent as its legal basis and is carried out:
• for the exact execution of the contract signed between you and the company ED MATIC SRL;
• to fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations (VAT tax register etc.), deriving from existing relationships;
• to fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority;
• to exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to defense in court;
(e) to allow the sending of newsletters and / or mailing lists, for communications, organization of events and any additional services requested.
• Processing methods
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing.
• Access to data
The data may be made accessible, for the purposes referred to in point 2 above, to employees and collaborators of the company ED MATIC SRL, in their capacity as processors and / or system administrators.
• Communication of data
Your personal data may be disclosed to the Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller. We also inform you that the data collected will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants or other subjects for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
• Data transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the headquarters of the Data Controller and / or the Data Processor.
The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the server if necessary. In this case, the Data Controller ensures from now on that the data will be transferred in accordance with the provisions of the law.

• Rights of the interested party
The Regulation grants the subjects whose personal data are processed specific rights, including:
(a) obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and obtain access to the same (Article 15 of the Regulations);
(b) obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data (Article 16 of the Regulation);
(c) obtain the cancellation of any personal data concerning him, in compliance with the right to be forgotten (Article 17 of the Regulations);
(d) obtain the limitation to processing by the Data Controller (Article 18 of the Regulation);
(e) obtain their personal data in a structured, legible and comprehensible way, as well as obtain that such data be transmitted to another data controller without impediments (Article 20 of the Regulation);
(f) oppose the processing of their personal data (Article 21 of the Regulation).
You can revoke the consent given to the Data Controller at any time, without this revocation affecting the processing carried out by the Data Controller up to that moment.
• How to exercise rights
You can exercise your rights with a written request sent to the Company, to the postal address of the registered office or to the email address info@edmatic.it
• Minors
The Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. In the event that information on minors were unintentionally registered, the Data Controller will delete them in a timely manner, at the request of users.
• Duration of the treatment
We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the Regulation:
(a) your personal data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with the company ED MATIC SRL, and for the following 10 (ten) years for tax purposes only and to fulfill further legal requirements, and
(b) subject to your free and explicit consent expressed to the processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in point 2 above by selecting the appropriate box on the site https://edmatic.it, your personal data will be stored for 2 (two) years from the time they will be provided.
• Owners, managers and agents
The Data Controller is ED MATIC SRL. The updated list of data processors and persons in charge of processing is kept at the headquarters of the Data Controller.
